BACKGROUND HOMEOSTASIS MODEL OF NATIONAL ECONOMIC CONDITIONS OF INNOVATION

Abstract
The article substantiates homeostasis model national economic system. Determined that the economic development on the basis of homeostasis requires effective first step in the development of innovative entrepreneurship and enhancing the innovative nature of the combination of market reforms with the active use of scientific knowledge, high technology and information. The composition homeostasis model national economic system in terms of innovation. Proved that constant monitoring of the national economy is one of the most important tasks indispensable result which will increase the competitiveness of the national economy, GDP growth, preservation and enhancement of intellectual capital of the nation. The contradictory processes of economic development of Ukraine crisis and point to the need for a model of homeostasis by creating innovative type of sustainable economic reproduction.
