THE INFLUENCE OF STAKEHOLDERS ON BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (PJSC “ZHYTLOBUD-1” AS AN EXAMPLE)

Abstract
The classifications of stakeholders for Construction Company are reviewed in article. Map of stakeholders are proposed. It is possible to identify the most important groups of stakeholders that affect the company on the basis of this map. The ways of taking into account the influence of stakeholders on strategic management decisions are proposed.
