Abstract
In the modern conditions of development the market of insurance services topicality the issues of the effective use of working hours by insurance companies agents acquirers that the is the special topicality component of behavioural economics. The construction of mathematical model of the behaviour between the insurance company agent and the contractor at the signing of in surance policy meets the continions of Markov’s process that gives the opportunity to investigate its efficiency.
