STUDY OF THE PROFILE AND FACTORS OF UKRAINIAN LABOR MIGRATION

Abstract
The paper investigates the factors of formation and development of Ukrainian labour migration. Featured external and internal migration and factors which become it in regular and crises in the state in General and national economy in particular. Perspective direction of optimization of labour migration is seen in the development of directions of forming the social and human capital through the benefits of labour migration in the innovation and stimulation the investment interest of foreign partners.
