DETERMINATION OF THE MASS MOVEMENT OF THE SURPLUS PRODUCT IN THE WORKING DAY AS A MEASURE OF PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE INTRODUCTION OF INNOVATIONS

Abstract
The article defines the methodological basis for measuring the innovative activity of personnel with the size of the relative movement of the mass of the surplus product in the working day. The starting point is the amount of potentially additional capital determined by the potential innovative activity of the personnel even before the start of the production process. The standard of the movement of the mass of the surplus product in the working day is justified, the size of which is equivalent to the conventional monetary mass accepted as unit of economic time as "personal capital". Optimization of the deviation of the actual movement of the mass of the surplus product from the reference value is taken as a criterion of personal responsibility for the consequences of innovation activity.
