THEORETICAL AND METHODICAL BASES OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION IN THE CONTEXT OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article reveals the theoretical and methodological foundations of business administration as a set of measures to improve management, improve the level of product competitiveness, increase labor productivity, reduce production costs, and improve the financial and economic performance of the enterprise. The main elements of the system of business administration in the context of innovative development of the enterprise are determined. The activation of the introduction of business administration of business process reengineering as an effective tool for introducing innovations in management and improving the efficiency of the enterprise management system has been identified and substantiated.
