STAFF BEHAVIOR MANAGEMENT OF AN ENTERPRISE IN CHANGE CONDITIONS

Abstract

The article deals with researching the essence and causes of resistance to change, and also revealing the means of its realization and forms of manifestation. It is proved that employee’s attitude to change depends on his personal perception of the relative utility from planned transformation and their compatibility with his own needs, interests and expectations. The models of staff behavior management in change conditions are proposed, which take into account the professional motives of employees, their readiness to make changes and time and resource constraints as well. Organizational conditions for effective applying the methods of overcoming resistance to change are discovered, which allow us to modify the staff behavior according to goals and expected results of changes.
