COMPARATIVE LEGAL ASPECTS OF PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION OF THE SECURITY AND QUALITY OF FOODSTUFFS IN UKRAINE AND CANADA

Abstract
In this scientific article the author presents a comparative legal aspect of public administration in the sphere of safety and quality of food products of ukraine and canada. Particular attention is paid to the issues of eliminating the problem of inconsistency of modern equipment with state standards; the introduction of online certification through the depersonalization of the certification case; settlement of the order and conditions for the return of defective (overdue) products; development and implementation of government programs to assist market operators; elimination of the problem of information “hunger” by definition of the newest advanced technologies for determining the state of food safety indicators and quality; the need for improving the interface and filling the site of a special body in the field of food safety and quality – the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
