Comparing anthropometric characteristics, body fat percentage and fitness between 13-17 years old girls

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to compare anthropometric circumference, physical fitness and beady fat percentage aged 13-17 years. 124 pupils (the one and two districts, ages 13-14 years, 13- 17 years old, 10157, 10649) in the present study randomly selected using multistage cluster sampling. Anthropometric variables measured in this study included height, weight, hip circumference, waist to hip and percent beady fat using trade talks on and plank were used as variables in fitness measured in this study includes agility (9×4), flexibility, muscular endurance, aerobic Rehabilitation VO2max.was used to measure. Since them, contracts with ANOVA one-sided statistical significance level of p?0.05 were assessed in experienced BEN FVRVNY post hoc date analysis was performed by soft ware SPSS18.The results showed that the anthropometric characteristics, body fat and physical fitness of students aged 13- 17 years, there are significant difference, so that the height, weight, waist and hip thigh, , circumference, students ages 13-17 years showed significantly higher values and height values were almost constant, but the differences were not significant at the high school. Also, flexibility, muscular endurance, aerobic Rehabilitation 15-17 students was significantly higher than the 13-14 but not significant agility.
