COMPARISON OF LABORATORY METHODS OF DIAGNOSTICS OF JUVENILE ARTHRITIS

Abstract
Juvenile rheumatoid arthritis is a systemic inflammatory disease of the joints which occurs with damage of internal organs. Diagnosis of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis is considered to be a difficult and urgent problem of practical medicine. In practice there are different methods of diagnosis, especially laboratory methods of research are of great importance. Biochemical laboratory indicators of juvenile rheumatoid arthritis include such indicators as: rheumatoid factor, C-reactive protein, fibrinogen, increased COE. In addition to biochemical indicators, there is an immunological method - antibodies to citrullinated cyclic peptide. This indicator is specific for juvenile rheumatoid arthritis.
