Comparison of the Effects of Different Dimensional Reduction Algorithms on the Training Performance of Anfis (Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System) Model
Journal Title: Cumhuriyet Science journal - Year 2017, Vol 38, Issue 4
Abstract
Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference Systems (ANFIS) is a hybrid artificial neural network (intelligence) approach that utilizes the ability of artificial neural networks to learn, generalize, paralyze and to derive fuzzy logic. The development of models with large numbers of input variables with ANFIS is not very convenient for applications. Dimension reduction methods are proposed as a solution to this problem. Dimensional Reduction is the method used to represent the data in a lower dimensional space. The reduction of the numbers of the input variables using different size reduction methods and the creation of the optimal solution of the probing with the ANFIS model constitute the framework of this work. In this study, we compared the results produced by different dimension reduction methods and investigated which method is more acceptable for ANFIS training.

Synthesis and Biological Evaluation of Novel 5,8-Dibromo-2-N-substituted-1,4-Naphthoquinone Derivatives as Potential Antimicrobial Agents
The seven 5,8-dibromo-2-N-substituted-1,4-naphthoquinone derivatives have been synthesized and tested for their in vitro antimicrobial activities. The results suggest that the synthesized 2-N-substituted-1,4-naphthoquino...
Fatty Acid Composition and ɷ-6/ɷ-3 Ratio of the Seed Oil of Achillea sipikorensis Hausskn. & Bornm.
The fatty acid compositions of the seeds of Achillea sipikorensis were investigated by gas chromatography (GC). The total lipid content of A. sipikorensis seed was found to be 3.83 %. Major fatty acids in seed oil were l...
Electric Quadrupole Transitions in Processes With Stripping Bineutrons Clusters
Based on the theory of clusters discussed the electric quadrupole transitions in two-nucleon transfers as (t,p). The study did not take into account the interaction between the particles of the association. The internal...
Surface Energy Coefficient Determination in Global Mass Formula from Fission Barrier Energy
Semi-empirical mass formulae of the atomic nucleus describe binding energies of the nuclei. In the simple configuration and pattern of this formula, there are five terms related to the properties of the nuclear structure...
Amplitude of Elastic Scattering for the Region of Large Impact Parameters
The work is dedicated to consequences of analyticity and unitarity of the scattering amplitude. Using the Gaussian quasipotential an equation for the scattering amplitude matrix is obtained and formula is derived for th...
