Compensation Policy as a Factor of the Harmonization of Social and Labor Relations

Abstract
In conditions of the new economy qualitative parameters of human capital become the durable means of production, which leads to an increase in the value of an employee at the enterprise. The aim of the article is substantiating the need to harmonize social and labor relations in conditions of the new economy, as well as determining the impact of socially oriented compensation policy on the harmonization of social and labor relations. It has been found that for the enterprise to gain competitive advantages, the employer-employee the relationships should be based on a partnership basis. It has been determined that the level of development of social and labor relations and the degree of their harmonization is affected by many factors, among which a special place is occupied by the staff remuneration system. It has been proved that the development and implementation of socially oriented compensation policy is characterized by a qualitatively new level of development of social and labor relations, contribute to the harmonization of relations between employees and employers, the consistency of their interests. This is achieved not only by ensuring equality of the basic aspects of social and labor relations, but also due to the increase of their responsibility, the understanding of gaining mutual benefit from trusting each other and fulfilling their obligations, the dominance of the ideology of social responsibility of the partners.
