COMPETENCE ON CHEMICAL SAFETY AS PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEM IN THE LIGHT OF PREPARATION OF FUTURE DOCTORS

Abstract
The article substantiates the competence on chemical safety as an integral component of professional preparation of doctors. Represented modern interpretation of “chemical safety” concept in the context of international regulatory documents on the operation and handling of chemical substances. The list of knowledge, cognitive and practical expertise and skills necessary for the development of competence on chemical safety are provided. The method of gradual formation of competence on chemical safety during the preparation of future doctors within courses “Medical Informatics” and “Bioorganic and Biological Chemistry” is considered in paper. The necessity of its further development and application in basic normative disciplines: hygiene and ecology, labor protection in the industry is substantiated.
