COMPETENCES IN MANAGEMENT OF LABOR POTENTIAL DEVELOPMENT OF RAILWAY TRANSPORT ENTERPRISES

Abstract
The article explores the place of competences in the labor potential and management of its development. The author’s vision of the concept of competence was formed, five cluster model of competence of railway transport enterprises was proposed, which would allow to assess the level of development of labor potential of railway transport enterprises; to identify problems on such vectors as professional abilities, productivity of work, potential for development, managerial abilities; to form a toolkit for the development of labor potential.
