COMPETENCES OF LEADERSHIP AS DETERMINANTS OF THE MODERN MANAGER EFFICIENCY

Abstract
The article is devoted to the studying of the problem of forming leadership competencies for students of the Bachelor educational and qualification degree in the Management direction. The qualities and personal characteristics of effective managers are determined. Significant differences between a supervisor and a leader are defined. Leader development programs are provided. It is proved that the development of leadership qualities is one of the most ur-gent problems of ensuring effective management. It is proposed to create a system of professional selection of candi-dates for the training at the Management specialty who objectively have leadership enthusiasm
