COMPETENT APPROACH IMPLEMENTATION IN THE COURSE OF STUDYING "MEDICAL LAW" FOR MEDICAL STUDENTS IN THE INSTITUTIONS OF HIGHER EDUCATION

Abstract
The article examines the nature, functions and features of competent approach implementation in the course of studying "Medical Law"; the theoretical analysis of scientific sources to investigate the history of origin, the peculiarities of the implementation of this approach in practice of medical and legal education was made. Training a highly qualified medical specialist at undergraduate level is impossible without mastering by him a certain level of legal and medical knowledge, including Human Rights (of a patient) in the field of health care. Furthermore, the article examines the relationship between legal expertise and competence of future medical employee in his professional activities. The proposals for embodiment of legal competence in a number of regulations in the health care were considered.
