COMPETENT APPROACH IN TEACHING STUDENTS AS A MEANS OF OVERCOMING NEGATIVE TENDENCIES IN SCHOOLCHILDREN'S HEALTH

Abstract
The article deals with the actual problem of healthcare of children. Of particular significance are the issues of its support and strengthening. There is a tendency towards shortening life expectancy, increasing morbidity and many other causes associated with functional deviations. They are acquired, as a rule, during the period of study in a secondary school, and determine the importance of these studies. Intensification of education, constant increase of educational load on students, the predominance of static stress require a modern teacher to implement a new – competent approach. The fundamentals of professional readiness are implicated in their healthcare-retaining competence. Professional readiness is formed at the stage of studying in higher educational establishments. It is necessary to overcome the problems of insufficient level of readiness of physical culture teachers to implement the preservation of children's health. It is necessary to improve the aspects of their activities in the educational process, software and methodological support for the formation of professional readiness in higher education institutions. This will help form the professional competencies of the teacher of physical culture as a complex phenomenon with great potential. This should lead to an improvement in the health of children and adolescents.
