Classified factors influence the emergence of competitive advantages of labor potential of enterprise features, phases of reproduction of labor potential; by the impact; the level of impact on competitiveness; sign objectivity impact; type of influence; focus effects; effects; the impact on the individual components of competitiveness of labor potential.
