COMPLETE PARTNERSHIPS ACCORDING TO THE LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE AND SOME EUROPEAN COUNTRIES: COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS

Abstract
On the basis of analysis of the current normative legal acts and the practice of their application, the general theoretical description of the legal status of general partnerships according to the legislation of Ukraine was carried out in the article. The normative and legal framework concerning general partnerships of some European countries is analyzed. According to the results of the research, it has expressed its own position on the improvement of the current legislation of Ukraine in this area.
