COMPLETING A LEGAL ACTION WITH THE USE OF THE SIGNATURE CONFIRMED BY THE TRUSTED EPUAP PROFILE AS A SPECIAL FORM OF LEGAL ACTION

Abstract
With the entry into force of the Act of 28 November 2014 amending the Commercial Companies Code and some other acts (Journal of Laws from 2014, position 4), the possibility of submitting certain statements of will u sing an electronic signature confirmed by an ePUAP trusted profile has been introduced into the Polish legal system. The subject of the article is the analysis of such statements in the context of the legal form in which they were made. The author concludes that a new form of legal action has been created.<br/><br/>
