Complex estimation of physical and functional preparedness of the young Palestinian footballers on the different stages of training process

Abstract
The article contains a study of an assessment of physical readiness of football players which allows to solve the major management problems in primary, special basic training and the implementation of individual capabilities of players. At the initial training in the basic task were enrolled selection and career counseling athletes. At subsequent stages of such assessment shall be a matter of perspective players opportunities to form a composition of teams and individual training of players.
