Complexity manufacturing systems in Iranian company: entropy model

Journal Title: International Research Journal of Applied and Basic Sciences - Year 2013, Vol 5, Issue 11

Abstract

The dimensions of manufacturing complexity are observable and measurable, and are strongly connected to information. The definition of manufacturing complexity provided in this paper is therefore geared towards using measurement and analysis for better system understanding, performance and control. The manner in which this conceptual definition of manufacturing complexity can be utilized to enhance the performance of a system is presented in the next section manufacturing systems for the production of many components and the operating system are very complex. This paper discusses the performance of the equipment with the complexity of the production process and describes the system environment is constantly changing; more complex we analyze the complexity of the change. Theoretical models of static information entropy and entropy terms of operating systems produced in the cellular manufacturing system. Finally, an example Leather factory in Mashhad is described to show the validity of the proposed method.
