COMPONENTS, CRITERIA, INDICATORS AND LEVELS OF READINESS OF MILITARY ACADEMIES CADETS TO PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PRAXEOLOGICAL APPROACH

Abstract

The definition of the concepts of «component», «criterion», «indicator», «level» are analysed in the article. The structure of readiness of the future officers to professional activity according to certain criteria, which will serve as a kind of mutually reinforcing bridges between all the factors of the phenomenon under study is defined; the components that are relevant quantitative manifestations – indicators that light up and reveal the content of the process of preparation of military academy cadets within professional activities on the basis of realization of praxeological approach are identified. The nature and content of the components of future officers’ readiness to professional activity (motivational and value, theoretical and substantional, activity and praxeological, personality-willed), criteria (the existence of motives and values to master the necessary set of knowledge and skills that will ensure appropriate level of future professional officers to perform military activity; expression of a certain level of knowledge that determine the theoretical and tactical readiness of students to solve professional tasks; demonstration of professional skills by students during participation in simulated praxeological situations during training at higher military educational establishments; emotional and volitional stability and activity of students of military academies in unusual situations of professional military activity) on four levels: high, adequate, basic, low are improved and specified.
