Components of mechanism of regulation of development of markets milk and dairy products in Ukraine

Abstract
The subject of the article is study of peculiarities of regulation of development markets milk and dairy products in Ukraine. The goal of the article is to make more precise mechanisms of regulation of development of markets milk and dairy products. Analysis and synthesis, abstract and logic, analogy, expert method are used in the article. Main results of the research conclude in generalization of mechanisms of ensuring of development market milk and dairy products with picking out of 5 groups of mechanisms: entry barriers of markets of milk and dairy products; antitrust regulation; competitive regulation; state support; monitoring and control of quality and safety of milk and dairy products. Are described peculiarities of use of each groups of mechanisms in the process of ensuring of development of markets of milk and dairy products. The results can be used in the process of formation of program documents and regulation of development of markets of milk and dairy products of Ukraine.
