COMPOSITION CHIMIQUE ET ACTIVITE ANTIOXYDANTE DE L’HUILE ESSENTIELLE DES FLEURS SECHES DE LAVANDULA OFFICINALIS

Abstract
Cette étude a pour objectif de déterminer la composition chimique et d’évaluer l’activité antioxydante de l’huile essentielle des fleurs sèches de la lavande (Lavandula officinalis). L’extraction des huiles essentielles a été réalisée par hydrodistillation. La composition de l’huile essentielle a été analysée par CPG. Elle a permis d’identifier 49 composés terpéniques dont les principaux sont :Linalyl acétate(15.26 %), Linalool (10.68%), 1,8- cineole (10.25%),γ-terpinene (11.2%) et camphor (11.25%). L’étude du pouvoir antioxydant de ces huiles a été réalisé par la méthode de DPPH• Les résultats obtenus ont montré l’existence d’une activité antioxydante de l’huile essentielle des fleurs sèches de Lavandula officinalis mais moins efficace par comparaison à la vitamine E.
