COMPOSITION OF ENTERPRISE CRISIS MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The article deals with crisis management that is seen as a decisive factor in economic development not only separately at a single enterprise, but also of the region as a whole. The proposed problems concerning the definition of crisis management are timely and relevant, due to the necessity to improve the results of financial and economic activity of Ukrainian enterprises.The crisis management system as a significant factor regularity impact on the effectiveness of the entity has become an integral part of crisis prevention, that ensures competitiveness recovery and its long-term development. That’s why it requires attention and is relevant to all business entities. This type of management creates necessary conditions for stabilization, further development and revitalization of a company not only domestically but when entering foreign markets.The works of many scientists on this topic have been analyzed by the author and she offered her own approach to the definition of "system of crisis management" and elements that shape it.The works dealing with this topic have been analized, as well as the author’s definition of crisis management system and its elements has been proposed.
