STATISTICAL ESTIMATION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF ENERGY RESOURCES USAGE AT THE MACROLEVEL

Abstract
The main trends of the development of Ukrainian energy sector and energy resources usage are analyzed. Energy resources in energy balance of Ukraine are researched. The volumes of fuel and energy supply to Ukraine, and stock levels of organic fuel (coal, oil, gas) are defined. Data on the final consumption of the main types of resources are presented. The main Ukrainian consumers of energy resources are described, their share in general structure of consumption is defined. The model for determining the energy efficiency index at the macrolevel has been developed. The adequacy of the developed model has been grounded. The conclusions have been made and the perspectives for statistical researching of the energy index in Ukraine have been defined.
