COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH TO CREATING A MECHANISM FOR THE DYNAMIC DEVELOPMENT OF A FOOD INDUSTRY ENTERPRISE

Abstract
The article discusses the main problems that exist in the food industry and in a separate segment of dairy production and the direction of overcoming these problems by forming an organizational and economic mechanism for dynamic development. Such modernization at the nanoscale will allow each company to find its way of adapting to unfavorable conditions of the external and internal environment.
