THE ROLE OF MANAGEMENT OF LABOR RESOURCES IN THE SYSTEM OF COMPETITIVENESS OF ENTERPRISE INCREASING

Abstract
Тhe article discusses the state and trends in the use of labor resources in Ukraine. The world experience of forming human resource management systems is analyzed. The main directions of improvement of such systems are highlighted. A workforce management system at the enterprise level was proposed, which would eliminate the partial optimization of individual components of personnel work. Formulated a strategy to ensure the enterprise labor resources "just in time". It was proposed to consider the recruitment, training, placement, retraining, professional and qualification growth of labor resources, payment and stimulation of labor as a single process of personnel movement. The plan for staffing production should be formed on the basis of an analysis of plans for other departments of the enterprise.
