COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION OF THE LEVEL OF PERSONNEL PROVISION OF LOCAL AUTHORITIES

Abstract
The article proposes an approach to comprehensive assessment of the level of staffing in local government bodies. Its realization includes three stages: substantiation of the information component of the assessment of staffing of local governments; organizational and economic characteristics of local self-government bodies in quantitative and qualitative terms; analysis of the development of human resources provision of local self-government bodies. The application of this approach allows not only to increase the validity of managerial decisions regarding staffing in the system of local selfgovernment, but also to identify the features of the interaction of local self-government with organizations of higher vocational education.
