COMPREHENSIVE GENOMIC PROFILING IN DIAGNOSTIC OF LUNG CANCER

Journal Title: Pulmonologija ir alergologija - Year 2018, Vol 2, Issue 2

Abstract

Diagnosis of lung cancer should be confirmed morphologically and TNM stage must be established. Now systemic treatment of lung cancer should be personalized on the basis on tumor molecular properties, specifically on targeting driver genomic alterations. FMI FoundationOne® – comprehensive genomic profiling. It covers all genomic alterations, identifies genomic alterations, highlights their clinical relevance, and provides a quality controlled report to help physicians identify targeted treatment options.
