Comprehensive model designed to empower Aboriginal Human Resource Customs of Iran Custom Case Study of Khuzestan

Abstract

According to Iran's membership in the World Customs organization (WCO) Compliance with international standards is essential in Iranian customs, also taking into account the positive impact of appropriate human resources to enable it in order to compensate for the shortcomings and failures of the implementation of international standards in this field essential seems to be. This study investigated factors affecting the capacity of human resources in order to achieve a comprehensive model of Khuzestan customs and indigenous empowerment, as well as the degree of fit of the model is determined and the sample all managers and staff customs Khuzestan province. Test hypothesis all the necessary information has been gathered and then with the help of statistical methods for quantitative variables have changed. descriptive statistics in this study to estimate the model parameters and the statistical analysis of the research and statistical software inferred LISREL was used model is based on the results of the findings, we can say that the data are consistent with the model parameters is presented which indicates that the overall model is a good model of the so-called experimental well are consistent with those findings and also showed a good fit to the model.
