Studying the relationship between organizational justice and job – convenience and the organizational citizen behavior in the employees of Copper National Com., Iran

Abstract
The aim of this paper is to study the relationship between the organizational justice with the job – convenience and the organizational citizen behavior in the Copper National Com., Iran. This paper was done by using the cross sectional studies and correlation method and also by choosing 322 employees. For collecting information, three questionnaires were used; for describing data, the statistical indexes such as frequency, frequency percentage, descriptive statistics, types of tables, graphs and also for determining the correlation, Spearman and Pearson tests and the partial correlation were used. The results show that there is a relationship between the organizational justice with job – convenience and the organizational citizen behavior of employees. The accurate results show that there is a relationship between the organizational justices with job – convenience and also there exists a relationship between the job – convenience and the citizen behavior. At the end, based on these results, suggestions in order to improve the organizational justice, job – convenience and the organizational citizen behavior were presented.
