COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY ORIENTED EDUCATIONAL MEASUREMENT AS A PEDAGOGICAL PROBLEM

Abstract

This article discusses prerequisites computer support control of learning outcomes in higher education are analyzed and clarified the conceptual apparatus of this issue, Advantages and disadvantages of using computer technology oriented educational measurement. Author determined organizational and pedagogical conditions of use of computer technology oriented educational measurement. The advantages and disadvantages of using computer oriented technology to support pedagogical control and diagnostic quality of knowledge and determined that the use computer oriented learning technologies, including computer-oriented educational measurement technology enhances the diagnostic and control academic performance of students and is an alternative to traditional methods, the use of computer technology oriented educational measurement is effective and promising form of monitoring academic progress and monitoring the quality of education.
