Abstract
Reveals the relevance scientific justification and the definition of сoncept and content of legal relations in the sphere of formation and implementation of national education policy. Are analyzed scientific approaches of the researched problem.Are characterized reflected problems of educational legal relationships in the legislative and law drafting sphere. Delimited content of concept "educational relationship" and "legal relationship in educational sphere." Author substantiates the attribution of legal relationship in the sphere of formation and implementation of state policy in the field of education to educational legal relationship.
