Concept and differences of collaborative alliances from other forms of cooperation in Ukraine

Abstract
Annotation. The purpose of the article is to define the concept of a cooperative alliance and to reveal its differences from other forms of cooperation in Ukraine. Methodology of research. In order to achieve this goal, general scientific and special research methods were used. The methods of scientific abstraction, induction and deduction, analysis and synthesis, and comparative analysis were used in defining the notion of a collaborative alliance and revealing its differences from other forms of partnership in Ukraine. The research of the current state of development of collaborative alliances in Ukraine was carried out on the basis of the methods of system-structured and retrospective analysis. Findings. The article describes the concept of a collaborative alliance and identifies the differences of such cooperation from other types of cooperation in Ukraine. Practical value. The advantages of the cooperative alliance over other types of partnership in Ukraine, identified in the article, will allow to maximize the cooperative relations of all participants in the cooperation and to ensure its long-term potential development on the basis of synergy.
