CONCEPT AND FORMS OF PROTECTION OF THE RIGHT TO SOCIAL SECURITY

Abstract
The article investigates theoretical and practical problems of definition and forms of protection of the right to social maintenance. The author studied the ratio of protection and security of the right to social maintenance, the classification of forms of protection of the right to social maintenance and identified their contents.
