LEGAL LIABILITY FOR VIOLATING THE RIGHT TO ACCESS PUBLIC INFORMATION IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL SPHERE

Abstract
It is suggested to study legal liability for violations of human right on access to public information in environmental field in frames of organizational and legal mechanism for protecting corresponding right. Features, tasks and grounds of ad- ministrative liability for violation of human right on access to public information in environmental field have been determined.
