SOME ISSUES OF THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE RIGHT TO PROTECTION IN THE ADMINISTRATIVE-TORT PROCESS

Abstract
In the research article reveals some of the issues of the right to defense in administrative tort process. The attention to existing conflicts in the administrative and tort legislation concerning the protection of rights and legal interests of a person caused by imperfect and contradictory legal norms.
