LICENSING OF GAMBLING IN UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article, based on the analysis of the current legislation of Ukraine, registered draft laws, analysis of the practice of economic activity of some foreign countries, an analysis is made of the need to introduce licensing of economic activities for organizing and conducting gambling in Ukraine, and the main criteria and requirements for licensing such activities are put forward.
