Abstract
The article is sanctified to the features of the legal adjusting of labour relations of pharmaceutical workers in the Ukrainian provinces of the Russian empire in the 2th half of ХІХ century. Requirements and order of reception on work, measure of social defence, grounds and order of discharge of pharmaceutical workers are investigational in an indicated historical period.
