CONCEPT AND FUNCTION OF STATUTE CAPITAL COMPANIES WITH RESTRICTED RESPONSIBILITY

Abstract
This article is devoted to the problem of determination of definition and functions of charter capital of limited liability company. Definitions of charter capital are mentioned and functions of charter capital are analyzed. As a result of research optimal definition of charter capital and relevant functions of charter capital are determined.
