CONCEPT, FEATURES, OBJECT AND OBJECTIVE PARTY OF CRIME OF FRAUD

Abstract
In the article it is given the notion of fraud as a type of the crime of plunder by examining its main features, constituent elements object and objective aspects are researched. The author investigates the objective aspect of the crime of fraud which is different from the other crimes of plunder, as well as the main features of "deception" and "abuse of trust" issues are explored in detail.
