CONCEPT, GENERAL CHARACTERISTIC AND FEATURES OF THE CATEGORY "MEDICAL SECRET" IN THE LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract
In the article analyzed the concept of “medical secret”, which exists of legislation and literature, shows the appropriateness of the use of the concept of “medical secret” in the scientific literature, formulated its own definition of “medical secret” also outlined the basic features of medical confidentiality as moral rights.
