THE RATIO OF THE TERMS "STANDARDS OF PROOF" AND "STANDARDS OF PERSUASION"

Abstract
The article is devoted to the definition of the legal nature of the standard of proof in criminal proceedings and investigation of the concepts of “standards of proof” and “standards of persuasion”. Also conducted a scientific analysis of the essence and meaning of “proof” and “persuasion” in the sense of the concept of “standards of proof (persuasion)”.
