FOREIGN EXPERIENCE OF FINANCIAL AND LEGAL ADJUSTMENT CURRENCY CONTROL

Abstract
This article explores the essence of relations in the field of currency control, the evolution of currency control systems in countries with developed economies, and analyzes Ukrainian currency legislation. Actual directions of modern system of currency control in Ukraine are determined.
