THE SIGNIFICANCE OF ECONOMIC LEGAL REGULATION OF CORPORATE RELATIONS IN THE CONTEXT OF EUROINTEG

Abstract
The article examines the main directions of legaleconomic regulation of corporate relations in the context of European integration of Ukraine, as well as the rationale for areas of improvement. Special attention is paid to the study of acquis communautaire provisions of company law which require harmonization of the legislation of Ukraine.
