SOME LEGAL ASPECTS OF REFORMING PROVIDING ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES ON RECEIPT PASSPORT ID CARD CITIZEN OF UKRAINE

Abstract
The scientific article is devoted to the study of legal regulation of reform of administrative services with regard to obtaining the passport of citizen of Ukraine ID-card. The ways of improving the mechanism of providing this service, namely the reorganization of the state enterprise “Document” by transferring functions to other entities; the adoption of legislation on the establishment of a single payment amount; focus public policy on decentralization in the provision of administrative services functions, and soon.
