THE CONTENT OF THE RIGHT TO USE THE OBJECT OF INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

Abstract
Content of right to use of industrial property object is researched in the article. Process of use of inventions, utility models, industrial designs, and topographies of integrated microcircuits, trademarks and commercial name is determined. Legal concept of exceptionality of right to use of industrial property object is analyzed constructively in the article.
