THE LEGAL NATURE OF PAID AND UNPAID CONTRACTS FOR THE CARRIAGE OF PASSENGERS

Abstract
The article investigates legal nature of contract of carriage of passengers, which is not currently finalized. The author also draws attention to lack of regulation of relations with gratuitous passengers, which puts them outside civil regulation that is unacceptable. The author proposes to extend legal regime of design balance of payments contract of carriage of passenger on his Free subspecies by making appropriate amendments to Civil Code of Ukraine
